Infringement

I just discovered that a multiply user from Singapore have re-posted the anecdotes I wrote in his blog without my permission. This does not constitute fair use since he did not provide the link to my multiply or blogspot account where he possibly read it, nor he made mention of me as the author. The articles in dispute and the link, are as follows:

Passion to Succeed-- http://skopun.blogspot.com/2005/04/article-passion-to-succeed.html

Pursuing Your Destiny--
http://skopun.multiply.com/journal/item/117, http://skopun.blogspot.com/2005/03/pursuing-your-destiny.html

The Sleeping Giant--
http://skopun.blogspot.com/2005/06/article-sleeping-giant.html
http://skopun.multiply.com/journal/item/54

While I don't mind somebody using my work as reference, and am glad also that people find my piece interesting even though am not a journalist or writer by profession (I took up Engineering). But I suppose being a responsible "netizen", courtesy is due to copyright holders by either asking for their permission, providing the link where the material was read and recognizing them as the author.

I have notified Multiply already about this, am about to PM the user later, would let my self simmer down a bit.

One person advised me to refrain from posting original articles in my blogs, instead published a book and sell it to avoid problems like this.... Well am not sure if I'll take her advise... yet.
